KLIMT. The Naked Truth: Palais Lobkowitz will reopen its doors in November 2026 with a new, exciting presentation centred on Gustav Klimt’s visionary masterpiece, Nuda Veritas. Visitors can look forward to a tour that brings Klimt’s artistic development to life. The highlight is the unveiling of Nuda Veritas – a moment that makes the power of this work immediately palpable. The Klimt. The naked truth experience is an inspiring journey into the era of Viennese Modernism – and a journey of self-discovery.

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new museum shop at Palais Lobkowitz! Starting from July 17, 2024, the KHM Museums Association invites you to enjoy a fascinating shopping experience in the historic premises of the former Wolfrum Art Gallery.

Thanks to the acquisition of these premises in the spring of 2024, we have the unique opportunity to utilize the entire Palais and bring you the diverse offerings of the KHM Museums Association through our street-side shop.

The Palais Lobkowitz POP-UP Shop offers an exquisite selection focused on Imperial Vienna and Klimt, complemented by a carefully curated range of books and souvenirs. Discover highlights related to the ongoing exhibitions at the Theater Museum, including the 2025 annual theme Johann Strauss, as well as seasonal offerings.
