If you want to use your Vienna PASS or FLEXI Pass on your smartphone, select the “mobile PASS” delivery method in the webshop and we will send your order by e-mail directly to your cell phone. Your mobile PASS contains a QR code that you show at the attractions to receive free admission.

With your booking confirmation you will receive the link with which you can open your mobile PASS (or several passes per order).

You can also save your mobile PASS in your Apple or Google Wallet. Simply click on the link in your booking confirmation or use the corresponding button in the “My Passes” overview, which you can access via the link in the confirmation email.

Step 1:

After a successful purchase, you can open the purchased passes in your browser. If your order contains several passes, swipe to the left to display them. You have the option here or in the order confirmation to save your PASS in Apple or Google Wallet.

Step 2:

Now enter the name of the pass holder and the date of first use of the pass in the fields provided below the QR code. The Vienna PASS is valid for consecutive calendar days and is activated the first time it is used at an attraction. The FLEXI Pass is valid for a certain number of attractions and can be redeemed within 60 days of the first use or activation.

Step 3:

The purchased passes can be forwarded to the respective pass holders.

IMPORTANT: Please activate the forwarded link to the passes once on each mobile device that will subsequently be used to present the passes. This will ensure that the pass can be displayed in the browser even without an internet connection.

Your mobile Vienna PASS is activated the first time you use it at an attraction and is then valid for that attraction and/or consecutive calendar days, depending on the type of pass selected. Your mobile FLEXI Pass is activated the first time you use it at an attraction and can be redeemed for the selected number of attractions within 60 days.

Simply show your mobile PASS with QR code on your smartphone or scan it on site. If you have several passes on one smartphone, each PASS must be displayed and scanned individually. At turnstiles, the smartphone must be passed to the other user for scanning.

Your PASS is personalized and non-transferable. Vienna PASS staff and partner attractions may ask for a photo ID, please always carry one with you. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block your PASS
