How does the ride on the Panoramic Train work?

• You can start your ride at any stop. We recommend starting at Station 1, “Kronprinzengarten.”
• Show your Vienna PASS or Vienna FLEXI Pass to our staff in yellow before boarding. You will then receive a printed day pass, which you can use to get on and off at any stop.
• Service is suspended in the event of extreme weather.

Is the Schönbrunn Panorama Railway worth it?

Yes, the ride on the Schönbrunn Panorama Train is especially worthwhile if you want to explore the sprawling palace grounds in comfort. With the hop-on, hop-off concept, you can get on and off at any of the nine stops and visit highlights such as the Gloriette, the zoo, or the Palm House at your own pace. The train is also wheelchair-accessible and ideal for families with strollers as well as guests with limited mobility.

Is the Panorama Cable Car suitable for children?

Yes, the Panoramabahn is especially well-suited for families with children. The Schönbrunn Panoramabahn makes it easy to explore the expansive grounds of Schönbrunn Palace Park. Strollers are also allowed on board.

Is the ride included in the Vienna PASS / Vienna FLEXI Pass?

Yes, the Vienna PASS and the Vienna FLEXI Pass both include a one-day ticket for the Schönbrunn Panorama Railway. With the Vienna FLEXI Pass, the one-day ticket counts as one admission.
