VIENNA FLEXI PASS COLLECTION POINT
If you order the Vienna FLEXI Pass online, you can have it delivered to you - we will be happy to send it to your home before you travel. Alternatively, you can collect the pass yourself from our Vienna Sightseeing & Vienna PASS Service Center.
There is also the option of the mobile Vienna FLEXI Pass, i.e. you can download your Vienna FLEXI Pass order directly to your smartphone.

HOW IS THE VIENNA FLEXI PASS ACTIVATED?
Put together your own individual program of 2, 3, 4 or 5 visits from a selection of up to 60 sights and sightseeing offers. And there's no time pressure, because your Vienna FLEXI Pass is valid for 60 days from the first use! Before you start, please fill out the back of the pass with the first day of use.
Some attractions also offer Vienna FLEXI Pass holders priority admission with no waiting. Please note that your FLEXI Pass can only be used once per attraction.
The Vienna FLEXI Pass as a gift
The Vienna FLEXI Pass is transferable (so it is not tied to the person who books it) and also valid for 60 days from the first use. It is therefore also an ideal gift for Viennese who want to get to know their city better. Give your loved ones the gift of 2, 3, 4 or 5 museum visits - preferably in good company, because that's the most fun!
How to buy the Vienna FLEXI Pass as a gift: To do so, simply add the desired product to the shopping cart and make sure that the pass is issued to the person who will use it (the pass should NOT be issued to the buyer).
