VPG Vienna Pass GmbH processes the pass holder's personal data received (in particular: full name, address, and the type, date, time and scope of services received [“data”]) and the data obtained during the use of the Vienna Flexi PASS for the purposes of service provision, service settlement with individual contractual partners (sights or attractions) and service optimisation.

You can order a maximum of 10 Vienna Flexi Passes online. Please note that the Vienna Flexi PASS is not designed for large groups. Some sights require reservations for groups to avoid waiting times, and many places offer reduced group rates. Depending on the option chosen, the Vienna Flexi PASS is valid for 3, 4 or 5 admissions to a Vienna Flexi PASS partner or the use of the Vienna Sightseeing Tours HOP ON HOP OFF buses (24 hours, all lines) for a period of 30 consecutive calendar days. The number of admissions is expressly printed on the Vienna Flexi PASS. The Vienna Flexi PASS must be redeemed during the validity period printed on the pass; after that time, the pass is no longer valid. If the contract between VPG Vienna Pass GmbH and a contractual partner is terminated, the Vienna Flexi PASS is no longer valid for that partner’s attraction.
VPG Vienna Pass GmbH is not liable for any deficiencies, damage, losses or non-provision of services by individual contractual partners. Any complaints and claims the pass holder may have regarding the use of the services of a contractual partner can therefore only be raised against the relevant contractual partner of VPG Vienna Pass GmbH. In such a case, the terms and conditions of the relevant contractual partner of VPG Vienna Pass GmbH thus apply. Where claims cannot be derogated from by agreement and/or there is a liability of VPG Vienna Pass GmbH towards the pass holder, the liability of VPG Vienna Pass GmbH is limited to a maximum of 50% of the actual price paid for the Vienna Flexi PASS.
Children and youth from 6 to 18 years qualify for a Junior Vienna Flexi PASS which is half the price of an Adult Vienna Flexi PASS. From the 19th birthday onwards an Adult Vienna Flexi PASS is required. Please note that the child's age is that at the time of use, not at the time of purchase.
The pass holder must fill in the date of first use on the back of the Vienna Flexi PASS. The Vienna Flexi PASS is then valid for 60 calendar days from the first day of use. The Vienna Pass is transferable.
Children under the age of 6 have free admission to the selected sights when accompanied by an adult Vienna Flexi PASS holder.

We make every effort to keep the booklet up to date, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. In the Vienna Flexi PASS Booklet you will also find the contact details of the sights for further information. In case of doubt, the opening hours on the websites of our contractual partners apply in any case.
The Vienna Flexi PASS is available for 2, 3, 4 or 5 visits, and as an Adult Vienna Flexi PASS (from the age of 19), and a Junior Vienna Flexi PASS (6 to 18 years).
Some attractions offer carer places, special rates or free entry to visitors with special needs, so the Vienna Flexi PASS might not be the most suitable solution for you. We recommend you contact the sights you want to visit for further information. Also regarding accessibility, we would advise to check directly with the sights.
The pass holder must date the Vienna Flexi PASS, otherwise the Vienna Flexi PASS will not be valid.
During the validity period of the Vienna Flexi PASS, the pass holder may use the services as listed in the Vienna Flexi PASS Guidebook. The pass holder must be able to produce a valid official photo ID if asked to do so by a contractual partner.
The pass holder is not entitled to any reimbursement for unused or non-consumed services or for attractions being closed during the validity period of their pass.
The pass holder must store the Vienna Flexi PASS carefully.
Vienna Flexi Passes, which were purchased at the webshop of viennasightseeing.at, can be fully refunded within 7 days from purchase, if the voucher has not been redeemed. Please send a message to info(at)flexipass.com.

If an unused Vienna Flexi PASS is lost, VPG Vienna Pass GmbH must be notified immediately. We strongly recommend making the notification in writing to have proof of notification. After receiving proof of identity, the lost pass will be blocked to prevent misuse. A replacement pass will be issued to the pass holder against payment of a processing fee of €10.50. Every pass holder must store their Vienna Flexi PASS in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties. If the pass holder forgets the pass, no admission will be granted and no reimbursement will be made.
The Vienna Flexi PASS is a barcode card that, against a one-time payment, entitles the pass holder to free, one-time admission to 2,3, 4 or 5 attractions listed in the Vienna Flexi PASS Guidebook as well as the use of the Vienna Sightseeing Tours HOP ON HOP OFF buses (24 hours, all lines), within a validity period of 60 calendar days from the first day of use.
The Vienna Flexi PASS Guidebook is produced by VPG Vienna Pass GmbH and enclosed with the Vienna Flexi PASS. The Vienna Flexi PASS Guidebook lists all attractions and other services included in the Vienna Flexi PASS, including contact and opening hours.
