The following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between VPG GmbH, Opernring 3-5, Top 508-529, 1010 Vienna/Vienna (FN 417570 z) and the holder of a Vienna PASS or FLEXI Pass (“Cardholder”). External contractual partners are not vicarious agents of VPG. VPG is therefore not liable for the type, scope or quality of the services provided by these external contractual partners, but only for ensuring that the Cardholder can make use of the services offered.

Before activation, the cardholder's name and the date of first use must be entered in the mobile pass.
Each mobile Vienna PASS or FLEXI Pass is provided with a unique number and QR code, which serves as an admission ticket to the attractions and is scanned at the ticket offices or turnstiles.
The above conditions apply mutatis mutandis to the use of the mobile Vienna PASS or FLEXI Pass.
